About China Cycle 2024

Focusing on the core theme of "New Track, New Power, New Journey", the 32nd China Cycle exhibition was held at Shanghai New International Expo Center, From May 5th to 8th. The exhibition comprehensively displays the new development trends of the bicycle and electric bicycle industries, showcases the latest technological achievements and innovations, and presents the new concept of bicycles contributing to human health, transportation, and entertainment.

As a globally recognized landmark event for the two-wheeled vehicle industry, the 32nd China Cycle exhibition has attracted global attention. This year, approximately 1,500 companies have registered to participate in the exhibition, covering approximately 7,400 exhibition spaces. This exhibition has 12 professional pavilions and 1 outdoor pavilion (namely: W1-W5, E1-E7 and S pavilion), covering a wide range of topics such as bicycles and electric bicycles, parts, outdoor riding equipment, electric motorcycles, etc.

LightCarbon in China Cycle 2024

LightCarbon booth was located in E4-0447 during China Cycle 2024. We mainy exhibited some newest carbon frames for Road, Gravel, MTB, e-MTB and e-Gravelbikes. During this exhibition, LC received continuous welcome and attention from domestic and foreign customers, More than 1200 audience visited our booth, took our catalog and business card. All visitors speak highly of the new carbon bike frames we exhibited, and showed great purchase interest. and thus attracted the attention of the exhibition organizer. Company founder Johnny was interviewed by well-known TV station in China.

The most popular frame at this exhibition is still is light e-MTB carbon frame LCE930 which is designed for newest Bafang M820 motor (250W) and Bafang BT F014 battery (410Wh).

It is designed for fork with front travel 150-160mm, rear travel 150mm. The weight of the complete built bike (including motor/battery and all the other parts) is around 18kg.

New E-MTB carbon frame LCE971 is the second eye-catching frame during this exhibition, mainly due to its unique linkage and suspension system design.

LCE971 is designed for Bafang M510/M560 motor and OEM Lithium battery (720wh).

In terms of gravel bikes, our three models of gravel carbon frames are very popular:

The classic gravel carbon frame LCG071-D still have many fans, max tire 700*53C or 650B*2.1'', flat mount disc brake, Durable and comfortable for long distance riding.

The gravel frame with Micro suspension system, LCG073-D fit for press BB86 Bottom bracket and head tube angle is 68°, It’s the most popular gravel frames of the past year

Now based on customer feedback, we have developed the LCG087-D based on the LCG073-D frame. The t is changed to the T47(85.5mm) Bottom bracket and the head tube angle is modified to 69.5°, and have added the design of fender and rack mounts.

At the same time, we have developed an electric version of LCG087-D, a new E-gravel frame LCE086-D, designed for Bafang M820 motor and BT F100 (360Wh) battery.

About road bike frames, LCR017-D is still the most eye-catching. It fit max 700C*32C tire.

LCR017-D combine aerodynamics, lightweight and stiffness in a same frame, combinating with T47 threaded bottom bracket, it is a versatile road frame.

Light and fast enough for racing, but still comfortable for training and casual riding.

About MTB suspension frame, The latest LCFS948 enduro frame with VPP suspension system, perfect shape, simple rounting system, and 170mm front travel has won unanimous praise from visitors.

The 29er XC full suspension carbon frame LCFS919, with bigger 1 1/2'' straight head tube as well as UDH hanger.It is able to be built as full hidden cable routing combining with our our XC14 mtb bar/stem combo.
