All cables were integrated though handlebar stem through head-tube, integrated design to make complete bike clean and aerodynamic.

Downtube Storage Design (with small bag optional)

Downtube storage space is a savior for sundries. Keys? Energy gel? Spare inner tube? Or portable tools? LCG074-D wants to give them a "home". The storage space is a solution for high-intensity outdoor long-distance riding. The goal is to solve the problem of placing some sundries that are necessary for outdoor riding. We took advantage of the large space of the down tube and designed a storage system that can accommodate 2 pcs of 200 ml storage bags. The specific lid is also designed with standard hole for bottle cage. So, in addition to storage space, bottle cage can also be installed same as common bikes.

Micro Suspension Pivot System

· Round shape carbon seatpost, with 15mm offset, hollowed-out design at the top, shock-absorbing effect.

· Micro suspension pivot system incorporates a through-axle in the seat tube of the frame, connecting seat tube and seat stay (and there is a bearing on each side of the axle). Combined with the inherent flexibility of carbon fiber material, this design allows the rear triangle and seatpost area to undergo controlled elastic deformation in both vertical and horizontal directions during riding. As a result, this system provides approximately 20mm of suspension travel, enhancing rear wheel traction and overall riding comfort.

The default carbon gravel fork is equipped with 3 rivets on each side of the fork leg. Considering that some riders do not intend to put small luggage or bottles on the fork legs (which would interfere with handling), this gravel fork has another option, namely there are no rivet holes on each side. If you prefer a fork without riveted holes, please let us know when placing your order.

The top tube of the frame is narrowed near the junction with the seat tube, effectively reducing vibration transmission to the seat post, improving riding comfort.

Furthermore, when you need to carry bike on your shoulder, this shape also reduces pressure on your shoulder, making it more comfortable to carry and run with the bike.

Economical T47 BB (Steel Bearings)

High-end CEMA Brand T47 BB (Ceramic Bearings)

Threaded T47 bottom bracket is becoming more and more popular. There are many big brands also making their new frame with T47 bottom bracket. There are mainly 3 options T47 BB to match different crankset: Inner diameter 24mm for Shimano standard crank, Inner diameter 29mm for Sram DUB crank, and inner diameter 30mm for those crank which was BB30/BB386 standard. To make it more convenient for our customers, we supply T47 BB as a paid option, Not included by default. If you want to buy BB from us together with our carbon frames, please let us know whether you need Economical or CEMA brand T47 BB (the cost are different), and which size (24/29/30), so we can quote you accordingly.

3D Latex Mandrel Technology Used In Our Carbon Frame Production

Use the newest one-piece latex 3D mandrel and molding technology. Such technology helps to optimize the orthodromic and strength of carbon fiber, and avoid wrinkle inside (wrinkle is a key factor that may cause crack) Even using the same material, the strength is improved 30%.
LightCarbon Gravel Frames Produced With 3D Latex Mandrel vs Other Frames

One-piece 3D latex mandrel helps to make smooth inner side of frame. To achieve same strength, tradition method requires thickness 1mm-1.2mm, while such new technology only requires 0.5mm-0.8mm thickness. Thus, we are able to make the frame about 15% lighter, given strength unchanged The above picture shows frame made with tradition technology and new 3D latex technology, for tradition method which is with many wrinkle and bubble inside. For 3D latex mandrel which is smooth inside, no wrinkle or bubble.
