3D Printed Ultra Light Carbon Saddle
Combining advanced 3D printing technology with LightCarbon mature carbon components production, SD02 saddle is created. LightCarbon SD02 saddle is designed with honeycomb structure  to achieve a perfect balance between lightness, high strength and comfort. The buffer support blocks are scientifically arranged to accurately disperse riding pressure. The streamlined shape meets aerodynamic requirements. Every detail has been repeatedly polished to bring excellent performance and innovative experience to riders - SD02 not only reshapes the lightweight standard, but also improves the comfort and stability of every ride with humanized design.

Honeycomb Structure Design

SD02 carbon saddle adopts a hollow and honeycomb cutout design, with multiple ventilation holes that accommodate airflow from different angles, providing all-around breathability and heat dissipation. Ergonomically designed 3D-printed structure, features honeycomb holes of varying shapes in different areas based on rider pressure, providing better support and enhanced ventilation. Stay comfortable and say goodbye to stuffy, overheated rides!

Streamline Design With Aero Shape

SD02 carbon saddle features an ergonomic short nose design that is narrow at front and wide at the rear. The shortened nose prevents thigh chafing when rocking the bike. The widened rear section provides stable power transfer for the hips, while the aerodynamic contour design better meets riders’ needs for aerodynamics and aesthetic integration.




Full Carbon Rail+Base Shell

Toray T700+T800 carbon fiber rail + base shell allows the saddle to obtain ultra-light and shock-absorbing properties brought by the carbon fiber material itself, while withstanding strong instantaneous forces and providing solid support for the rider.



Easy To Clean

Such 3D printing full carbon saddle is super easy to clean. Even after your beloved bike has been through the dirtiest road mud, gravel dust or off-road spray, it can be rinsed clean with water. Any dirt that has found its way inside the saddle can be rinsed away. Since it contains no metal, there’s no need to worry about rust. 



Ultra Light Weight And Dimension

Made of high modulus Toray T700 carbon fiber, it weighs only about 149g! Width 142mm, Length 245mm short nose design, making it an ideal companion for racing.

Installation And Usage Notes For Carbon Bike Saddle

1.The dimension of carbon rail is 7x9mm, please make sure that your seat post clamp fits it. Some seat post may have 7x7 and 7x9 saddle clamp optional, make sure to choose the 7x9 one. 
2.The position is adjustable. It is recommended to install it in the center of the scale line, which is the normal force range. Positions too far forward or too far back are not conducive to use, and the rail be damaged if the impact force is too large. Please keep in mind, do not install it outside the safety range (scale range), otherwise it will cause damage to the saddle or bring safety problems.

3.When locking, the recommended installation torque for carbon rail is 9-10Nm.
