Semi-hidden Rear Shock And Linkage Design

The newest LightCarbon 29er XC frame LCFS980 comes with one main great feature : Semi-hidden rear shock and linkage design. This unique design achieves better protection for the rear shock and linkage by hiding part of the shock under the top tube, reducing the possibility of mud and water entering the seals, thereby reducing the need for maintenance. It’s not only improves the performance of the bicycle, but also extends the life of the rear shock, providing users with a better riding experience. Besides, such design make the frame of better looking (without a big linkage exposed). Due to the higher position of rear shock, it also leaves more room for water bottle.

The rear shock size is 190*45mm (standard mount only)，up M8*35 mm and down M8*35mm bushing kits (No included with our frame). The rear shock is efficient to steer the bike with confidence to challenge cross country rugged mountain terrain. It also help to absorb the small and large hits with ease, and provides relatively consistent and stable support through the entire adventure. |

Our 29er Light XC carbon frame LCFS980 is designed for tapered steerer forks, with diameter upper 1 1/8'' (28.6mm) and lower 1 1/2'' (39.8mm). Full suspension XC forks with boost thru-axle dropout (15*110mm) and 51mm offset are recommended.
