2021 New LightCarbon Full Suspension Carbon Frame LCFS947
With one and half years research and development, finally we make it happen.
We are happy to introduce our all new full carbon suspension Enduro frame LCFS947.
Let us review what spec of this model, the first one that every one will ask is the rear travel of this model, it was designing with 150~160 mm rear travel, the suspension system was designed with Horst Link 4-bar virtual pivot. Sneak peek of the 3D drawing as below.

In order to meet different riders demands and riding style, we're designing the rear shock compatible with different travel to achieve more options of rear travel.
You can choose the shock size of (185-55, 185-52.5, 185-50, 185-47.5).

If you read here, you may be curious to see what's the build bike look like, we will simulate the effect of various parts assembly on the computer to avoid problems in actual assembly, so that the rider can assemble and ride immediately after receiving the frame.
In order to make the stiffness and lightweight carbon fiber Enduro frame, we use the newest one-piece latex 3D mandrel and molding technology.
Such technology helps to optimize the orthodontic and strength of carbon fiber, and avoid wrinkle inside (wrinkle is a key factor that may cause crack)
Even using the same material, the strength is improved 30%.
Besides all the bearing on this model we use the ENDURO MAX bearings, make the pivot smooth and durability.
For the geometry, we are designing longer Wheelbase, slacker head tube angle, combining with longer Reach for better controllability during downhill.
Shorter RC(435mm) for better rear triangle stiffness, better stability and controllability.
Finally, we made it.
